Tampa Pro Skatebording Contest 2007
I changed yesterday’s post retarded mispelled backwards nonsense title to one that is relatively on point with some order…and yes I know i mispelled skateboarding.
I did it on purpose …i actually enjoy misspelliing words on me blogs sometimes…i find it mindfully stimulating, as a descriptionist and i am all about new words…someone has to do it……spelling words incorrectly is only fun when u actually know the real spelling anyways…and that type of critical thinking is just plain naughty.
You know there is actually a sign on a building in down town Tarpon Springs, FL that says “SKATEBORDING NOT ALLOWED HERE”.
The best part
The word “BORD” is undefined in the english dictionary…which is really interesting…you see the word originated in Sweden and anglicization resulted in the word “smorgasbord“.
Bord in Swedish means table or a piece of sawed lumber and we are talking 16th century verbage.

The word “BOARD” - has alot of different meaning and skateboard aint in it go look.
This may be skateboardingsucks material here…some dude on the urban dictionary website defined bord as the slang term for Freebording which is a skateboard with training wheels that is supposed to make u feel like ur snowboarding…
So here me out…Ya’ll skateborders have been ridin your skatebords not your skatebourds or skateboards…

I don’t know what is more exciting the parking lot, the tampa pro moat race, the free redbull…lets not forget about the stickers.
I can’t hardly wait…its gonna be more fun then chinese acrobats and dancing bears…
I wonder who will have the biggest banner…Walmart or Nike…I sure would like a pair of nike skate boarding shoes aka “nike SB”. I bet they double as an awesome aerobics shoe too.
Rumor has it Rob Dyrdek and Mr. Boykin aka Big Black from MTV’s “Rob and Big” may make an appearance…I hope they bring Meatbag…
Why everyone else will be trying to figure out what color nike sb’s to wear i’ll be wearin these hopefully.
