We Are The T-Shirt Generation

T-Shirts here…T-shirts there…T-shirts, T-shirts Everywhere!

sams_tshirt_quilt1.jpg

Grandma and mom hooked me…for some reason they saved every shirt that I ever owned dating as far back as 1979…and I mean every shirt…which worked out because now I have this killer one-of-a-kind, rad, special hella cool, awesome quilt made from all those shirts.

How awesome are the shirts on the quilt? I dunno…Let us see here…
Spuds MacKenzie
The Ghostbusters
E.T
Micheal Jackson
The Coca-Cola half tee with the fringes and beads…if u know what i mean
“My Life begins at Hooters” Infant tee
(Don’t laugh) Like 5 New Kids on The Block Shirts -NKOTB
Can’t forget the vintage Mickey Mouse shirt
I even have a beaded half shirt that says “I survived Hurricane Elena 1985
Westside Skateshop Sensi
Well…you get the picture…

I got some thoughts on t-shirts…I even learned the history of the tee. Now I ask myself “why am I writing about t-shirts?” Well, maybe because I have like 200+ tees….

I kinda segued…from my point.

What inspired this?
