Suzy Solar and Ferry Corsten YBOR Show Coverage
What a show! The music was so intense it pulsated into our bodies and consumed our minds. The entire session was flawless. Our night started when we met some friends in the YBOR City parking garage. We made our way to The Amphitheater in Tampa the club was still kinda empty, it was 10:00pm when we arrived. Dj Suzy Solar with Solar Power Music was to start her set at 11:00. Suzy and Dj Santana opened for Ferry Corsten with a tag team set. The entire night was awsome. That was the first time I had ever heard of Ferry Corsten. Some guy on the dance floor actually was insulted that I had never heard of him. I thought…ok, dude don’t take it personal.
By the time the clock reached midnight the club was packed. I heard that the show was sold out but this was crazy. To escape the crowd we ventured up the elevator to the 2nd floor where there was a private party. There were couches strategically placed throughout the upstairs. Every couch had a table, and every table had a champaign bucket. It was a classy setup.
The dance floor was packed, the music was intense, the crowd restless, and the drinks were expensive. Everything we expected.
This was such an energetic show…I can’t wait for next year!
